If cancellations are due to events like natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc., companies often provide flexibility in the form of rescheduling, credits, or partial/full refunds.
5. Travel Insurance:
It’s often recommended to purchase travel insurance. This can help in case you need to cancel your trip due to illness, emergency, or other valid reasons.
6. Processing Fees:
Travel companies may deduct a processing fee or cancellation fee from the refund amount.
7. Cancellation Terms for Group Bookings:
Special terms may apply to group bookings, where cancellations may result in a higher penalty or specific notice periods to get a refund.
