Vista My Trip – Data Deletion Policy

1. Requesting Deletion

Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing us at vistamytrip@gmail.com.

2. Process

• Submit your request with your registered email or phone number.
• We will verify your identity.
• Your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 7 business days (unless retention is required by law).

3. Scope

• Deletion covers personal details, chat history, and booking information stored by Vista My Trip.
• Data already shared with travel partners (airlines, hotels, etc.) may be subject to their policies.

4. Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
